It’s this gap that can cause genuine issues with implementation and governance.
Our training course is designed to build the foundations and internal communications needed to kick-start change and ensure leaders can confidently articulate the rationale and goals of AI transformation.
You will get a structured session with a bespoke focus for your own business leadership. We will start with what your leaders genuinely believe about AI, then define and articulate what you're asking AI transformation to achieve.
You will come away with clear answers and way to talk about:

The workshop is designed for leadership teams and senior groups who have set an AI direction and feel that they are already falling at the first hurdles. It works as a standalone session, as part of a leadership offsite, or we can use it to launch an ongoing project.
